This represents building on the progress I've already made—completing our digital nomad visa, growing my business, creating a course, and moving to Spain.

It's about sustaining forward motion, both personally and professionally.

From nurturing relationships with children and grandchildren to supporting others 50+ in their transitions, connection reflects the meaningful relationships and purpose I value.

💥 Vitality

Staying healthy physically, emotionally, and mentally is a foundation for all my goals.

Vitality underscores the energy and resilience I need to embrace this next chapter.

Grit is directly related to my journey of overcoming fear and supporting others to do the same.

It's about perseverance, resilience, and the strength and determination to move through transitions.
