When You Move, Life Moves

Thoughts and feelings aren’t always facts.
They’re usually self-sabotaging. They keep us stuck in narrative loops that we believe but hold no truth.
It’s too late for me to start over
I’m too old — younger people have the advantage

And at 50+, it’s easy to stall out.
You think.

Psychologists call the way out of this loop Behavioral Activation.
